1.Should the death penalty exist as a punishment for murder or terrorism?In my opinion, I think that it can not be canceled for murder or terrorism.Firstly, I want to say. Everybody just have one life. If the murder or terrorism can not be punish. We can not deal with the dead. Secondly, the law is fair and equitable. It can give them right punishment. Finally, we should believe every judge.
2.Should the main purpose of prison be punishment or rehabilitation?
In my opinion, I think that the main purpose is help murder to change them some mind and behavior.It can help them to know their wrong.
3.What is the best way to deal with juvenile crime?
Such as:
joy-riding
vandalism
graffiti
The juvenile crime is the most popular crime. Some children can not find the right ways to solve them problem. So, they will do some bad things. However, we can decrease the juvenile crime from education of children. For example, family education, school education and social education.
4.Is it ever right for political activists to break the law ?
Yes,it is. Sometimes, some breaking the law be occurred in our life. For example, some people think they have some special relation in the police office. So, they can drive car very quickly or ignore traffic lights. It is so bad.
5.How strict should the law be with people who drink and drive?
The one side, the law should give them strong economy punishment.
On the other side, the government should do the education about drink driving is very dangerous behavior.
6.Which is the more serious problem in you country-tax evasion or social security fraud?
I think that the tax evasion is more serious problem in my country.Because,tax is a major source of national. If tax evasion be appeared. It looks like some bad building, and it can not experience wind and rain. It will affect the government to do some things.
7.Should the police have the right to stop and search you in the street without a warrant?
Yes, I agree. The police is a important for social safety and stability. For example, we can always see many police at some big activities. Such as, Olympic Games and Football match.
8.Should the law respect the rights of homeless people to squat in unoccupied property or shop doorways?
Yes, the law should respect the homeless people legal behavior. The government should give them some helps, which is economy or social security.
9.Should smoking cannabis be a criminal offence?
Yes, I think smoking cannabis is a criminal offence. It is a bad thing for our healthy. And it will affect our family and friends. So, they should be punish very severely.
